Warwickshire Imps Code of Conduct

The Warwickshire Imps prides itself on playing competitive-yet-friendly cricket which is enjoyable for all concerned. This is very different in nature to league cricket. The ethos of the club is built around a basis of respect for the opposition, our hosts, the match officials and the game itself.

On and off-field behaviour is therefore very important. The priority of the Warwickshire Imps is always sportsmanship, displaying high standards of behaviour and respect. This is applicable both on and off the field. All players are required to arrive at Midlands-based fixtures in a shirt and club tie, an appropriate alternative tie for non-members is acceptable.

The Warwickshire Imps wish to uphold these traditions and playing cricket properly is at the core of this when representing the club, both in our Midlands-based fixtures and also on our long-standing tour to Devon.
